All LUMINA orders ship from Houston, TX, USA. We hand-pack each order in small batches.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states, DC, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not yet available.
Processing Time
Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches or restocks, processing can take up to 5 business days — we will note this on the product page or at checkout.
Transit Time & Cost
We ship via USPS and UPS. Available options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your address. Typical transit times after the carrier accepts the package:
- Standard (USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days
- Priority (USPS Priority Mail): 2–4 business days
- Express (USPS Priority Express / UPS 2-Day): 1–2 business days
Carrier transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier capacity can extend delivery.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. If you do not see it within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder and then email us.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address you entered incorrectly. If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a re-ship at the cost of return + reshipment, or a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable in that case).
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please see our Returns & Refunds page — we will replace or refund eligible orders. Email us with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Storage After Delivery
For best product quality, please bring packages indoors promptly and store our serums in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Extreme heat or freezing temperatures during porch-storage can affect product texture.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local laws.
